8 Year Old Suffering From Headache, Blood Shot Eyes And Difficulty In Walking. What Could This Be?

My eight year old has has a headache and blood shot eyes for four days now. It hurts when he walks or hears loud noises. Our doctor said it was likely to be a tension headache but his eyes look more bloodshot than earlier and Nurofen isn't helping with the headache
