5 Week Son, Fluid Filled Lump On Head, Moving. CT Shows Fluid Between Skull And Skin. Cause?

Hi, I have a 5 week old son. On Sat I noticed a fluid filled lump on the top of his head. Its squishy & moves when he moves his head. I took him to the ER, Docs did a CT scan & it came back that the fluid is between his skull & skin. Its not dangerous to his brain but they were perplexed as to how it got there. I am too, he hasn't fallen or bumped his head. I had a normal vaginal delivery. No vacuum. My son has an appointment with his pediatrician tomorrow but I'm worried. He's acting normal. What is this? & how did it get there?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM

It does not appears to be dangerous,

Possibilities of some fluid collection/ haematoma developments are there.
Local examination by the surgeon or Peadiatrician will exactly give the diagnosis.

Hope the query is answered.

Thanks
