5 Days Ago I Had A 40-core Prostate Saturation Biopsy.

5 days ago I had a 40-core prostate saturation biopsy. A catheter was installed to prevent inability to urinate after the procedure. Thee same night the catheter got blocked by a blood clot. I went to ER where the the catheter was removed, a bigger one inserted, the bladder flushed and a normal cat reinstalled. O a third morning after surgery the cat was removed. Pretty strong hematuria persisted. Now I start urinating and a second later the flow suddenly stops with bladder still mostly full. Seems like a blood clot stops the flow. And this goes on and on for a few hours now. Starting to urinate, then the flow stops suddenly in a second from the start, not a drop exiting after that. What can be done?
