47 Year Old Male 160lbs 5'9" Competitive Cyclist Since Age

47 year old male 160lbs 5'9" competitive cyclist since age 30. A few years back stress in life brought about bad anxiety... mostly a fear of death, not being in control of my destiny... now when I do mountain bike at the level my body is used to I hear my heart pulsing in my ears on hard efforts like a tough climb. Now since age 41 I have seen doctors cardiologist and psychologist about this and at most i have an occasional PVC ... I have been on many anxiety and therapy treatments but the best thing for me is exercise but the anxiety of hearing my heart beat fast keeps me from exerting ... though when monitored on hard effort is not really that fast 160-170ish... but monitoring it just brings on the anxiety which makes it worse. Im in a catch 22 and want out. I tire more easy... and occasionally have some dizziness on the bike. but my ekg and cardio visits are all good.
