4 Year Old, Tired, Pale, Headache, Vomiting, Loss Of Appetite, Crying

Hi, I have a 4 year old son which for the last 5 days has not been acting himself. He looks very ill in his eyes, pale, extremely tired, cranky, well actually he will break down and just cry and when I ask what is wrong he says he does not know. He says he just does not feel good. He has complained of a headache, vomited phlegm, loss of appetite, and decreased fluid intake. He had a temp of 100.0 temporal temp on Monday, but has not ran above that since then. Not his usual "virus" symptoms he has had in the past...mothers intuition is underlying and something is going on...please help

Hi, thanks for calling Health care magic forum.
Your son is sick since 5 days, and temperature is 100, and irritant.
All these constitute the fever, and rest less may be due to the head ache or body pains.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing him a fast and complete recovery. Thank you.
