4 Year Old Child, Vomiting, Watery Diarrhea, Pale Skin. Taking Pedialyte. Cure For Symptoms?

My four year old son has been sick for over a week. The last three days including today he has been throwing up and gahas had horrible diarrhea . It has now become a water like dirrhea and its like cloudy. he eats and he has pedialyte and there is really no smell to it. But he looks terrible and he is oh so pale. I m not sure what is goingon

For vomitings you can give antiemitic medication as prescribed by your doctor. Try to give pedialyte sip by sip so that can be retained in stomach by the child. Ans you can give some oral probiotic medication after consulting your doctor. Try to maintain good hydration and good urine output by giving adequate pedialyte and oral rehydrating fluids
