When ever you feed a baby you should burp him. Put him on the shoulder and tap on the back behind the stomach. See that there is no pressure on the stomach. You should tap him for 10 to 15 min when a burp is produced after which he should be laid down.
This should solve your problem.
If the symptoms persists just monitor his weight. If the weight gain is adequate and he is still throwing up small quantities do not worry.
He can then be termed as happy spitter and nothing needs to be done.
If the weight gain is inadequate and vomiting
persists then we should consider GERD
and your kid should be treated accordingly.
