Hi,
Immediately clean the mouth with plenty of fresh water and wipe of with clean cloth, make sure the spray doesn't enter the mouth and get swallowed.

Carefully watch the baby for signs like itching, drowsiness, and if these occur take the baby to nearest medical centre.

Take care.
