My 3 year old niece has a rash all over her whole body, it s not red, but it feels really rough. Her lips are cracked and swollen, and last night she started complaining of stomach pains and when she urinated she started crying saying it burns. The urine has a bad smell and it s strong. Her genitals are also red and swollen.
