3 day history of vague sensation of pressure at top margin of my bladder. Hurts to pee or at least to start the stream. Very little urine despite drinking fluids. Feel like my bladder isn't empty at all. No pain in my back or tenderness. But this afternoon developed chills (intermittent).

Urine smells like peanuts believe it or not. No blood that I can see. No pus. When I start the measly stream that's when I have the most pain at the "top" of my bladder. There's a pressure sensation without fully emptying as I said, and a sharp fleeting pain at the tip of my (circumcised) glans.

No kinky sex--I'm a 59 year old guy married x 29 years. Perfectly healthy, work out three or four times a week, in great shape, never had a hospital admission in my life and not any any "stuff". Just took Advil when I got in from the office. Couldn't stay there anymore re. The peculiar odor really puzzles me.
