Hi, thank you for posting.

By reading the question I understood that you suffer from a heart disease.
I will recommend you some advises:
1. You should keep your Blood Pressure in control.
2. Eliminate those foods from your diet: carbohydrates, animal fats, salt and egg yolk.
3. If you smoke you should quit.

You also need some tests:
1. Glycemic blood test for Diabetes mellitus.
2. Lipid test, cholesterol level, trygliceride level, Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and High-density lipoprotein (HDL)
The results of the tests will determine the treatment.

Your symptoms are caused by side effects of Lopressor, so I recommend you to replace it with Carvedilol(Dilantrend) 6.25mg 2x1/2 a day(by checking your BP).
Also you need to contact your physician.

If you are going to respect my advises you will avoid using Biventricular Pacemaker.

Best Wishes.
