Dear madam, three year old suffers from repeated cough,as he is exposed to cold and chilled wheather, and eates junk items like chocolates ect,he developes respiratoy allergy which is a known fact, avoiding these items definitely prevents attack, for this you consult paediatrics pulmonologist.

welcom to healthcare magic forum. complain that you have narrated is very common, perhaps your child is very sensitive to cold as well as having allergic to chocolates ,sweet etc, avoiding these things can also help you out. i will suggest you to consult homoeopath for the recurrent attacks of cough and cold rather than going for nebulizers.
