15 Weeks Pregnant, Spotting. Ultrasound Done. What Does The Result Suggest?

I am in 15th week of pregnancy on 14 of this month I have been detected with spotting . In Ultra soundscan it was detected as " RHP measuring 1.6X0.6 mm" . And I ave been advised for bed rest for 1 month ,What does " RHP measuring 1.6X0.6 mm" this means Wil you please explain. Is this anything which I need Strict bed rest or can i Start normal life after 1 month of bed rest

Hi, probably it is a threatened abortion, if it bigger size, and continuous bleeding called inevitable abortion.
This condition is threatening you that it may be aborted. So for that reason to prevent the abortion, absolute bed rest is needed, for one month, and after that if everything is fine you can attend the works, avoiding the heavy works. Thank you.
