Fenistil (dimethidine) could be used as 5-10 drops twice daily which could alleviate symptoms but if keeps recurring you must see a dermatologist; avoid using strong soaps. instead can used johnson's baby soap. Diaper area skin is too sensitive and can use zinc cream also there.
