Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

It is not unusual to have one or two shotty lymph nodes behind or below the ear lobes especially if the cradle cap is present. We shall worry for the lymph node(s) in case they increase in size.

You can continue breast feeding your baby while you are in the parlour.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Regards,

RKK
