-I have high grade invasive TCC of my bladder. Post TURBT a CT scan reveals I still have residual mass protruding into the bladder base surrounding the orifice of the left ureter. There is slight dilation of the l.ureter with early signs of left hydroureternephrosis. Histo + CT findings indicate muscle invasive cancer. At present I am programmed to have a further TURBT to debulk the lesion to achieve maxbenefit from radiology.My TURBT is on 15/06/15. I need professional opinion to back up plans and decisions taken so far. Sgd. Graham
