Brief Answer:
About HRT side effects:

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!

I have gone carefully through your concern and understood your query.
Of course hormone replacement therapy has many side effects and one of the most common is hypertension. So, your doctor will probably suggest to stop taking them.

The dose you are taking is high, nausea and vomiting may be caused by estradiol too.

Anyway, other causes should be excluded before. A careful clinical evaluation and some exams are needed:

-CBC (Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts)
-Electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium in particular)
-HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your last 3 months' glucose average).
-Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
-Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
-TSH (checks your thyroid)
-Free T4 (this too checks your thyroid)
-25 hydroxy Vitamin D levels (ideal range 40 to 60 ng/ml = 100 to 150 nmol/liter)
-Calcium

I would be happy to review your performed tests for another professional opinion.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
