Brief Answer:
Is there any more information about the cysts?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Does the report have any further information about the cysts, whether they are simple or complex, or what Bosniak category they are? If you could upload a picture of the report, that may also help. 6x6 mm is quite small so they may have not been able to say much more about these cysts, in which case, they are usually benign, and we would usually just do a follow up ultrasound in 6 months, and if the size stays about the same, we would follow up with yearly ultrasounds for at least 5 years to make sure they are not growing. If they stay the same size over at least 5 years, we assume they are benign and no further follow up is needed.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
Thanks
