Question: what is the meaning of mild stress induced reversible Ischemia in the basal inferior and infero lateral segments of LV myocardium ?resuslt of Stress Thalium. Is Angiograph necessary ? Blood reports etc are all ok

Is it ok to travel to a high altitude location? Doctor advised angio but said it was ok to go ...just need to clarify. Is there any alternative to an Angiogram?

Just traveling to high altitude won’t be an issue but more than routine or even routine physical activity at high altitudes can cause issues.

No there is no alternative to Angiography.

Yes CT Angiography can be opted however the results of conventional Angiography are more reliable than CT Angiography. According to studies approximately 3.6 % of the examined patients required a subsequent invasive coronary angiography due to non diagnostic CT images.
