Brief Answer:
Injection of a corticosteroid will be helpful.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
Many people with hip bursitis can experience relief with simple lifestyle changes, including:
Modification of activities—avoiding the activities that worsen symptoms
Use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (analgesic), such as ibuprofen or, piroxicam, to control inflammation and pain.
Injection of a corticosteroid along with a local anaesthetic may also be helpful in relieving symptoms of hip bursitis. This is a simple and effective treatment that can be done by consulting your treating doctor.
If bursa does not resolve with single injection then a repeat injection may be needed.
If all these procedure does not give relief then surgical debridement may be required.
