Brief Answer:
Medical terminology for fatty liver changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for asking query on HealthcareMagic.
Have seen your details dear,

In a normal liver ultrasound waves passes through the tissue but when there is fat accumulation in liver cells( which is very common after 30 years of age) these waves fails to pass/penetrate through the area of fat deposition hence gives a image with increased echogenicity( It's basically a medical term use to say that ultrasound waves are unable to pass through fat deposited area).
If fat get deposited on liver there would be slight enlargement in size.Just like when fat gets deposited on your waist your waist look enlarged.
Liver is a large organ divided medically in many segments. So as per the report fatty deposits are seen in every segment (diffused) and not in a specific area(localised).Diffused fatty changes are general however focal fat deposition in specific area may have many reasons.

No cholelithiasis-No stone in gall bladder.
Rest Gall bladder and ducts are ok.

Hope I was easy to understand.
Follow ups are welcome.
Regards!

Brief Answer:
Follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Hepatocellular means Hepato- liver
Cellular- Associated with cells of liver.
If fat gets deposited in cells of liver its hepatocellular only.
Again until and unless it's serious or high grade hepatocellular disease it's just a medical terminology.
Right now nothing to worry about.
Thanks.
