Brief Answer:
several possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
Your stomach can feel warm if you have just eaten. Whenever you eat there is increased blood flow to the stomach and that can make it feel warm.
It may also feel warm if there is too much acid in it and there is some irritation due to the excess stomach acid. This can easily be treated with an antacid tablet and avoiding acidic foods like citrus and tomatoes.
It may be also that you have an stomach infection. If the heat sensation is extreme then you may want to ask your doctor to test you for infections.
What I would do is try some antacid medication for about a week and see if that takes care of the problem. If not and it is bothering you see a doctor for an exam and some lab tests.
I hope this clears up soon,
Dr. Robinson
