What Are Risks For Transmission Of STI's From Protected Fellatio And Vaginal Intercourse As Well As An Unprotected Hand Job?

Question: Good evening. I have a question about HIV (and other STD) transmission. I apologize for the graphic description. I recently went to an Asian Massage Parlor. I received a normal massage (although I was completely undressed). Then the massage therapist applied a fresh condom and performed fellatio on me for approximately 2 minutes. Then, with the same condom on, I had vaginal intercourse with her for approximately 5 to 7 minutes. At one point during that 5-7 minute period I performed cunnilingus and fingered her vagina for approximately 2 minutes before returning to vaginal intercourse. I then laid down on the table, removed the condom, rolled it inside out and had her put the condom on her finger and finger my anus for about 5-7 minutes while she performed a hand job with her other hand and I fingered her vagina. Finally, with the same hand that I used to finger her vagina I began giving myself a handjob while she continued to finger my anus with her condom covered fingers, until I ejaculated. I understand the risks are very low for transmission of STI's from protected fellatio and vaginal intercourse as well as an unprotected hand job. However, my concern is the chance of STI transmission from the vaginal fluid residue on the condom when it was inserted in to my anus or from the vaginal fluid residue on my fingers as I gave myself a handjob. As far as I could tell there was no obvious bleeding or sores on either myself or the provider, but I'm concerned at how much risk may have been involved with possibly introducing infected vaginal fluid on the surface of the condom into my anus or from my fingers on to my penis. Is there enough risk to be concerned with HIV transmission to the point that PEP might be warranted? Otherwise how great is the risk that ANY STI's may have been transmitted through these activities. I have no specific reason to believe that the provider has any STI's, but I understand the risk is always there. Thank you for your time.

Brief Answer:
Your risk for HIV/ STI is negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Apart from protected felatio and protected vaginal intercourse, you had cunnilingus and fingering and she had used the same condom (inverted or not) for doing anal fingering for you.
I cannot tell that you don't have any risk for HIV/ STI. If that encounter is within 72 hours, I recommend you to go for PEP with guidance of an expert, following the protocols.
Thanks.
