have hypertension i had no symptoms at all maybe a skipped heartbeat occasionally i take blood pressure medication
Brief Answer:
It can have many causes
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
A delay in conduction means impulses taking longer time to conduct.
Right ventricular conduction delay can have many causes including hypertension and myocardial infarction. The cause needs to be found and that can be treated with medications.
I recommend you to see a cardiologist for specific treatment.
Meanwhile, I suggest to continue using the hypertension treatment.
You can also post a query for a cardiologist here (Ask A Specialist) and upload a photo of your ECG in it.
Hope it helps.
