Brief Answer:
What tests were done? What treatment options? What are your symptosm?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I will like to know what tests were done and what symptoms led to this diagnosis. Also, I will like to know what residual symptoms you have at this time and what treatment options you have been using. Since diagnosis, do you think you are getting better off or worse?

Notwithstanding, NSAIDS such as Naproxen are the main drugs for treatment. Other may be considered if these fail. Smoking cessation and regular physical exercise/therapy are important to maintain functionality. Disease activity would be monitored by symptoms and inflammatory markers and treatment adjusted accordingly.

I look forward hearing from you in order to provide more precise and helpful details as regard this condition. Until then, stay well.
