I would like to know if it dry or wet cough? Is it associated with fever? From how many days do you have cough?

You can take Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 3 days after food and Tab. Sinarest twice daily for 3 days for if you have pain. Tab. Montek LC 10 mg once in the night after food for 10 days.

Salt water gargling and steam inhalation twice a day helps. Drinking warm lemon juice with a teaspoon of honey also helps soothe your throat.

first cold came and it went away and caugh camesince six days. No fever. first it is dry caugh and then became wet. now iam taking cefpodoxime proxetil tab and montair LC tab and ascoril Ls syrup. is cefpodoxime proxetil tab ok or i have to shift azitromicin 500 tab?

The present treatment looks good. You can continue the same. I would suggest you complete the antibiotic course you have already stated. Do not take azithromycin now.
