Brief Answer:
You have urinary infection and stool infection in reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Your main concern I guess is the difference in number of pus cells in urine and stool examination.

(i) Urine and stool are generated by two different systems in the body, urine is by kidneys and stool through intestines.

(ii) 6 to 8 pus cells per high power field (hpf) in stool is acceptable and considered to be normal.

(iii) Pus cells in urine 16 to 18 is high and indicative of an infection. This might need urine culture if you are having pain and burning during urination.

(iv) It can be seen that stool report shows EH cyst which means there is cysts of entamoeba histolytica which is a dysentery causing organism. This can be responsible for any diarrhoea or dysentery you are having.

(v) Your blood test reports are almost normal.

(vi) Please take treatment for urinary infection and dysentery if you are stlll having symptoms.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
