Got the report. See in 90% of the cases ureteric stones under 5mm pass without any intervention. However as in your case, ultrasound report is already showing hydronephrosis which suggests that stone is stuck somewhere. In this scenario the possibility of stone coming out by its own decline.
I would suggest you to personally consult a urologist as some sort of intervention (like PCNL) might be required to dislodge the stone and relieve obstruction.
