Brief Answer:
Urticaria, take antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be urticaria.
It is an allergic reaction which has multiple causes like infection, thyroid disorder, food and drug allergies, autoimmune and in one third of the individuals occurs without a cause.
I would recommend you to take antihitaminic like tablet fexofenadine 180 mg twice daily for 10 days.
If it doesn’t improve in 10 days consult a dermatologist and go for certain lab tests to find out the cause.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
