Can You please attach the rest of abdominal and pelvis CT.
Generally blood and protein in urine can be caused by many different reasons including UTI, kidney stones (diagnosed in ultrasound) and kidney inflammation due to autoimmune or other issues.
You have also a mass in right kidney which can be a cyst or something more serious (this should be revealed by CT).
If You attach the rest of CT report I am able to provide more information.
