Brief Answer:
Drink less water and get tests done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Bilateral lower limbs swelling occurs mainly because of fluid overload or low protein.
First of all decrease the fluid intake and get some basic tests done to rule out the cause of swelling.
I will recommend you the following tests-
Serum Albumin, Total protein, ECG, 2D Echo
Get all these tests done so that proper treatment can be started.
For such patients, we generally start with fluid restriction and some diuretic like Furosemide.
Thanks and regards
