I have read your query and here is my advice.

I see a lot of patients with parenchymal brain hemorrhage after TBI.

Unless the large ones, small to moderate parenchymal hemorrhages are treated conservatively with a high rate of success, and after a few months the patients regain full or near full activities.

So, since your problem was cleared by your Doctors and by imaging studies, you can live normally.
