Brief Answer:
Take Dolo 650 thrice a day for 5 days and observe

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for your query.

Based on your description, it appears like you are suferring from viral fever.

I usually prescribe Tablet Dolo 650 three to four times a day for 5 days in such patients.

If the fever does not subside after 5 days, then you will need to get some blood tests done like CBC, WIDAL, Dengue NS1 and Peripheral Smear for Malaria.

Hope that answers your query.

Best regards
