Question: my stomach is paining as I have done my USG as per doctor prescribed and I am following his medications but it's not working properly

My liver is Fatty and my stomach is in pain

1. AGE /GENDER
2. DURATION OF SYMPTOMS /TYPE OF PAIN /SITE OF PAIN /ANY RADIATION OF PAIN.
3.ANY OTHER ASSOCIATED SYMPTOMS
4.H/O ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION?
Kindly attach the scan reports for better understanding. Incase of prolonged symptoms I would recommend a gastroenterologist opinion.
