Question: my daughter developed a flat non itchy "rash" around her mouth. We have treated with minooka honey and eucerin with no progress

It seems that your child has developed allergic rashes (often referred to as atopy or atopic dermatitis). You may give some antiallergic like Cetirizine Syrup (or possibly better ones like Atarax (hydroxizine) which is a prescription medicine). You also need to apply some emollient like calamine lotion or some moisturizer like aloe vera lotion over the areas around the mouth.

It might take a few days to recover and so you need to be patient.
