Brief Answer:
Sitz bath, Laxatives.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Anal fissure occurs due to constipation and hard stools.
Softening the stools and easing the bowel movements will provide relief.
The following may be done for relief.

1. Sitz bath for 10 minutes twice a day. ( Make him sit in a wide mouthed tub with lukewarm water exposing his perineum to the lukewarm water)

2. After sitz bath apply anovate to the anal verge

3. To ease bowel movements he has to take Cremadiet Duo 2 scoops in 250 ml of water at bedtime. He has include lot of vegetables in his diet to provide high fiber and drink enough fluids.

The first two steps will relieve pain and the last one will ease his bowel movements.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
