Brief Answer:
It takes 5-10 days for viral to get better

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Maxtra is an antiallergic and helps with runny nose and sneezing. It can cause sleepiness, so its better to give only when symptoms are bad upto 1 -2 times a day. Maxtra syrup and maxtra drops are same medicine, use one of them. Another medicine named cetirizine is also anti-allergic and will cause lesser sleepiness, so I prefer this syrup in babies and children.

Crocin is for fever and its to be given when fever is more than 102.

Your baby seems to have a viral. It is common in babies and helps in developing immunity. It gets better by itself, so no specific medicine is needed for her. You can help her by giving warm fluids and comfortable rest. Some ayurvedic preparations like joshina and dabur honitus may be given to soothe the throat in small quantity, maybe one or two doses only.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
