Brief Answer:
Need correlation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Usually mild liver enlargement (hepatomegaly) is not a cause of serious concern. However it should be correlated clinically to understand it. Therefore I would like to know more details about the patient's age?
1. Is this a scan report or a clinical examination finding?
2. If this is a scan report, can you upload the complete scan report here.
3. I will also need to know the reason why the test was carried out- what are the symptoms of the patient with duration?
4. Are there any blood report especially liver function test report available? If yes, please upload.

Awaiting your response...

Regards
