Brief Answer:
You should get investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pain in Right lower quadrant can be due to Appendicitis, Right-sided Ureteric stone, Infection or Caecum etc. Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue. If it is inconclusive, the CT scan Abdomen should be taken.

As you have problems with stool, if any large bowel lesion is not made out by the above investigations, Colonoscopy should be done.

Till investigations, you should take pain killers. Please consult a Surgical Gastroenterologist and proceed further.
Nothing to worry about.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.

Wishing you good health and speedy recovery
Regards
