Take klonopin!

Hi and thanks so much for this query.

Ideally, you should get evaluated. The most common cause of cramps is low calcium. I will like to see you get a blood test to evaluate the level of calcium and vitamin D. If they are within the normal range, I recommend klonopin at bed time for relief.
