Question: knee pain,
consulted orthopedic surgeon. Dr. said everything is fine and need few exercises. I am working on it, but no improvement.

Thanks for your query.

Exercises will surely help in alleviating pain in the joints , this happens over time. Exercises will help the regrowth of the worn-out ligaments and muscles around the joint. This will take a minimum of few months to see some change.

i would recommend you to use diclofenac gel for pain relief and continue exercise.

In case the pain increases on doing exercise, then you may have to stop and consult the doctor at the earliest.
