Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for reaching out at Ask A Doctor
I have read your query and understood your concern
The strain of high altitude and trekking could have caused the bleeding, there is no need to panic since you mention little bleeding ,kindly wait for your normal menstural cycle to resume.I would recommend a usg lower abdomen and pelvis tk rule out any other causes. It is normal to feel increased heart beat and chest discomfort during straining excercises it is not alarming unless the symptoms dont settle after rest .
