Brief Answer:
Some neurological disorders to consider and evaluate further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

In some cases, trauma may result in damages of the spinal column and spinal cord.

Intermittent neurological symptoms may indicate instability of the spinal column ( in your case cervical spine).

Other possible conditions that may cause such symptoms include demyelinating diseases ( multiple sclerosis for example ), thyroid gland dysfunction, erc.

In my opinion, besides the tests that you had, there is necessary a neurological evaluation by your Neurologist, imaging of the spine and blood tests to evaluate correctly above mentioned possibilities.

Discuss with your Neurologist for these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
