Brief Answer:
Regarding itchy spots in pubic region

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the image.

This could be Scabies which is an infection caused by itchy mite. I suggest you to take one tablet of Ivermectol 12mg and then repeat it after a week. You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching. In addition I suggest you to use a topical antibiotic e.g mupirocin ointment or neosporin ointment twice daily. These are prescription medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance .
