In some people, foreskin hole will become narrow allowing only thin stream of Urine to pass.In some,smegma gets collected beneath the foreskin and cause a condition called Phimosis where they cannot retract the foreskin.In some, foreskin gets infected along with Glans leading to Balanoposthitis.In all these conditions, circumcision is done.
If foreskin is normal and retractable, nothing to worry.
