thanks for the query,
If it is a sudden onset pain abdomen that you have been experiencing which is severe stabbing in nature then there are chances that this may be an ovarian cyst rupture or a possible torsion ovary , if you are not expecting your menses sooner.
Please report to the hospital and get an urgent ultrasound pelvis done and meet your gynaecologist for evaluation.
