Brief Answer:
Tramadol or Codeine - needs a valid prescription.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Since you are a known case of pancreatic pain what are the painkillers you used in past and which suited you well at the time without giving any untoward effects helped you for pain the best?
Tramadol or Codeine work better but you need a valid prescription from your treating Doctors.
Avoid all the factors, foods, beverages that instigate or enhance the pain.

I hope this answer helps you.

Well, I was up in Canada when this happened to me and I was in there for 5 days due to the pain. Thank god they got the throwing up under control but when it came time to go home they gave me a lose dose of morphine.
I haven't really established a "family" doctor as of yet and was hoping I could get some help this way??

Brief Answer:
As discussed

Detailed Answer:
So true, Covid-19 has changed the ways we all work, worry and so on.
Alas, please take Morphine if you have been given by your Hospital.
Do not panic and stress and anxiety increase the intensity of pain, you might have noticed.
Naproxen is still one of the drug of choice and should work without any problem but if you have noticed something unusual then it is better to be avoided.
Every patient of pancreatitis and such pains responds differently to different painkiller hence a keen observation by you will give you the best choice and you should always have extra doses for such emergency situations.
Take care and give feedback.
