Question: im 20 years.i have pcos from two years .i was taking treatment from last december. now i use ova shield capsules from 3rd day of my period.i am trying to concive. in which days we are going to do sex?before one year i got pregnency .but i t was an abortion

Thanks for your query.

If your cycles are regular and last for 28 to 30 days then the ovulation usually falls on 14th day of the cycle. Since you are on Ovulation induction, it is better to plan intercourse starting from 12th day to 17th day of the cycle where the fertility is high.

It is always advised to get a Follicular scan on 10th and 12 th day for assessment of the ovulation when one can plan for HCG injection which induces ovulation.
