Question: if the ECG shows changes and CTMT is negative then what is significance of ECG changes and whether we should consider this as Ischemia

No, it’s a normal report

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical queries and the reports attached by you I would like to tell you that I don’t see any significant ischaemic changes in the ECG although there are some non-specific STT changes which requires further investigation like TMT and echocardiogram.

Now as the TMT is being done and the report is showing no significant changes then it means that the possibility of having any significant heart disease is quite unlikely.
