Brief Answer:
About low testosterone:

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
From your attached exams there are is a low testosterone level for your age, altered liver enzymes that need further examinations to find out the cause and low vit D that should be corrected.
A low testosterone level at your age may be manifested with decreased libido, erectile disfunction, infertility, chronic fatigue, tendency to gain weight, loss of muscle mass and increase of fat mass, hair loss, sleep disorder, mood changes ect.
Decreased libido and infertility are the most common symptoms that lead to diagnosis of low testosterone as the other symptoms are not specific and the low testosterone is diagnosed later.
If you have most of the above symptoms i do agree to start testosterone injections.
Altered liver function is of concern and your physician will keep monitoring it while on testosterone therapy.
Hope the information will help.
Do not hesitate to ask if you have further symptoms.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta

Brief Answer:
About Testosterone and Finasteride;

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

The testosterone level for your age should be in the ranges of 400-600 ng/ dl.
Finasteride inhibits the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone and results in an increase of total testosterone level by up to 15% improving the symptoms of low testosterone.
Combination of testosterone and finasteride is recommended today ( there exist pellets containing testosterone and finasteride) to reduce the side effects of testosterone (one of the male pattern baldness).

You can start Finasteride first and see if testosterone level and symptoms improve, if not then add testosterone injections.

Hope the information will help.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
